After you download

  1. Open the DMG, drag Skydimo to Applications, then launch it from Applications — do not keep running it from the disk image.
  2. Screen Mirror: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording (newer macOS may say Screen & System Audio Recording), and enable Skydimo.
  3. Music sync: allow System Audio Recording if prompted. Microphone permission is only needed when you actually use a microphone input.
  4. After changing permissions, fully quit Skydimo (including the menu bar process) and reopen it.
  5. The build is signed and notarized, so you should not need Open Anyway or to turn off Gatekeeper. Download the package that matches your chip.

macOS 3.0 beta for Intel / x86_64. macOS 13+. Developer ID signed and Apple notarized. Use this build only if About This Mac shows an Intel processor; Apple silicon Macs should use the arm64 build. Do not mix the two packages. Older macOS can stay on classic 1.2 below.

Intel Mac classic stable build. macOS 10.13+. Intel Macs on macOS 13+ should prefer the 3.0 x86_64 beta; keep this build for older macOS or if the beta does not run.
